Research On The Planning Of Zhongshan Road Historical And Cultural Blocks Based Organic Renewal Theory

With the development of the economy,the lifestyle of the urban people has been changed,it is becoming more and more urgent to improve the living environment,More and more people began to renovate the building city of precious heritage,but unreasonable reconstruction has caused a series of social problems,It is in sharp contrast to the big demolition of the old city:more and more people show strong desire to travel to historic cities,ancient towns and ancient villages with a long history and beautiful environment,after people become the basic living needs of food and clothing,they pursue a higher level of spiritual life.Historical and cultural blocks once were the core of the city and have an indispensable position,With the advancement of urbanization,its development is facing a series of difficulties.How to carry out rational planning and construction of historical and cultural blocks,schools of planning,architecture,landscape are actively studying countermeasures.Organic renewal is one of the main theories at present,It is also a theory of continuous development and self-improvement in practice.This article is supported by the theory of organic renewal,taking historical and cultural blocks as the research object,Taking Zhongshan Road historical and cultural blocks as s case study to research and exploration.First of all,it demonstrates the general adaptability of the organic renewal theory in historical and cultural blocks and cities,put forward the key planning direction,analysed the protection and renewal mode of historical and cultural blocks,the spatial updating structure of point,line and surface and the work content of three different update stages is put forward;The renewal measures were put forward for the constituent elements in blocks.A case study of Hangzhou Zhongshan Road is used to verify the research content of this paper,it provides theoretical and case reference for similar renewal planning.
