| In February 6,2016,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward <Several Opinions on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction> for city to establish small blocks.The future of China's cities will be biased towards the "open block" of the urban structure,which for the current high-rise office buildings in China,and the problem of large-scale setback and insufficient public space will become increasingly obvious.It is of great practical significance to study how to set up the suitable scale of the high rise office building and how to build the public walking space in the small scale block.At present,there are many problems such as the large distance,the weak sense of the construction field and the lack of human nature in the public space of high-rise office buildings in China.With the change of the structure of the open block in China,it is necessary to provide the small scale public space in the area of the high rise office building.Under the background of the small blocks' structure in the western city,the high-rise office building back line within the region to create a small scale public space and space domain sense shape is relatively mature.This paper chose the high rise office building as research object in the new city of Modernism ?the grid city of America ? the city in Europe and the city in our country.Analysis the Types of setback space in high rise office building combined with examples.Through the comparison,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of building back line in the city structure of the "open block" in the future,trying to reform for the place in the back line area of the high-rise office project which I was got in the course of the internship and the investigation are studied,and summarizing the way of back line treatment of the high-rise office building in the open street background for the future of China's high-rise office building design to provide valuable reference. |
