Oily water separatinginstallation is one of the important equipment of ship pollution prevention, in protecting theMarine environment plays a vital role.This subject to LZY series15PPM Oily water separating installation as the research object,the article studied the structure and system of the oil-water separation devices, analyzed theworking principle and operating environment of equipment, the use of3ds Max to build2d and3d scene model, and production relevant animation. Based on the research of11Rules and thePeople’s Republic of China seafarer competency examination outline (12Assessment Outline).According to the outline assessment factors, setting the practical operation of the project relatedto intelligence assessments. Combined with the simulation model has been built, the integrateduse of C++program language and the XML configuration files, and the combination of partythird rendering software (TDu Expertor), developed the intelligent test terminal for competencyexamination and evaluation and the questions editing simulator for exam experts arbitrarily setpractical operation of the project. Finally, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod, based on logic relation and varying weight factors of step, realize the judge of theintelligent examination and evaluation. In addition, in order to simulate the real shipenvironment, in addition to setting maritime administration mandatory evaluation questions, thisarticle also added some intelligent operation tests about troubleshooting.Articles developed intelligent competency examination and evaluation system to not onlymeet the evaluation requirements, but also can be applied to teaching, meanwhile also canbe updated and improved as the actual needs.
