All previous earthquake disasters show that, due to the brittle nature of masonry structure, is easy to be damaged in the earthquake, resulting in a large number of casualties and property losses. The masonry structure commonly used reinforcement method, although can effectively improve the seismic performance of the bearing capacity, stiffness, ductility, but these methods must have a wall mortar surface layer removed, will cause two damage to the original structure; some are being used in the construction, the reinforcement method requires wet operations, construction speed slow, long cycle, resulting in a lot of inconvenience for production and life; in addition, these consolidation is likely to make the structure weight increased, resulted in the foundation reinforcement, strengthening cost increase, and lead to the use of the building area reduction.In this paper, in order to do homework, without chiseling mortar, steel plate directly reinforced masonry structure as the object of study, test and finite element simulation study, the main work and results are as follows:1、According to the ABAQUS results of finite element simulation analysis,75mm,105mm different thickNess of the wall after reinforcement of ultimate bearing capacity than before treatment were increased by2.81,2.93fold, ductility after reinforcement is better than the pre reinforcement wall.2、Simulation parameters, the reinforcement wall2mm,3mm,4mm three kinds of steel plates of different thickNess, the shear capacity were increased by2.81,4.07,5.32times, the analysis shows that, in a certain range, the thicker steel plate, the higher ultimate strength, analysis of simulation data, with the plate thickNess. Improve, wall ductility also increases; but in the use of the same thickNess with different yield strength of the steel reinforcement, bearing capacity and ductility of found little impact on the wall of the increase in the yield strength steel3、After the test results show that the steel plate reinforced wall cracking load is larger than that of unreinforced wall increase markedly, and the steel plate can effectively inhibit the cracks of the wall, the destruction of the trial began in the bottom of the wall and beam joint, the damage form of not ideal, suggest the future experimental research must be strengthened when the wall at the bottom of the anchorage.4、.Test analysis, steel plate wall lag after strengthening curve than Wall lag without strengthening curve full degree increased, the energy dissipation capacity increased. Research and analysis shows that:the relative amount of steel wall is large, the hysteretic curve is fuller, its seismic performance is better.
