Rolling bearing is an important basic component in the development of manufacturing industry in China,which carries advanced manufacturing technology in China.The development of bearing industry plays a very important role in the development of China's manufacturing industry.In this paper,the contact characteristics of cylindrical roller bearing with composite structure are analyzed.In order to discuss the contact problem between the rolling body and the raceway of the elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing,the finite element method and the classical Hertz contact theory are used to calculate the contact stress and deformation of the single cylindrical roller bearing,and the results obtained by the two methods are compared.The comparison results show that two kinds of methods are used.The error of the calculation method is within 10%,which shows that the finite element method is accurate for calculating the bearing contact problem.This topic through the study of the contact performance of the traditional cylindrical roller bearings,analysis of the cylindrical roller bearing structural defects,and on this basis put forward the concept of composite cylindrical roller bearings;further through theoretical analysis,finite element simulation and friction test,Research on the contact performance of composite cylindrical roller bearings.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)Based on the finite element simulation software of ANSYS,a contact finite element model of cylindrical rolling element was established.The simulation and theoretical calculations of the contact stress,contact half-width and contact deformation of a single-cylindrical rolling element under different radial loads are compared to verify the rationality of the finite element model for the cylindrical roller bearing and the finite element method analysis.The reliability of cylindrical roller contact problems.(2)Establish contact finite element model of steel-titanium composite elastic cylindrical rolling element and contact finite element model of steel-lead composite elastic cylindrical rolling element.Under the same load,the contact pressure and contact deformation of two bimetallic composite cylindrical rolling elements were analyzed with the change of the thickness of the outer metal layer.It is concluded that steel-titanium composite cylindrical rolling elements have better contact properties than steel-lead composite cylindrical rolling elements.(3)For the contact analysis of cylindrical rolling elements,a cylindrical rolling element contact friction test mechanism was designed.Through the analysis of the friction and wear test results of the three groups of single-cylindrical rolling elements,we can see that the friction and wear mechanism of the cylindrical rolling body designed in this paper has better running stability and test reliability.(4)Tests were conducted on steel-titanium composite cylindrical rolling elements and steel-lead composite cylindrical rolling elements with different outer metal thicknesses.Compared with the single-cylindrical rolling elements,the two kinds of bimetallic composite cylindrical rolling elements have larger wear scar width and less wear.It shows that the width of the larger wear scar is not caused by excessive wear,but caused by contact deformation.Steel titanium composite cylindrical rolling elements have better friction properties than steel-lead composite cylindrical rolling elements.
