The safety production of power system is a matter of social stability, economic development and people’s life. The electrical misoperation accident.poses a great threat to the power grid safety, equipment safety and personal safety at the same time, or even cause the collapse of entire power grid. Several blackouts in the history of the world has fully proved this fact.In the statistical analysis on the power system of major equipment accidents and casualties, such a conclusion can be drawn:the anti false function defects on electrical equipment is one of the main causes of accidents. Anti misoperation locking system and how to design the application of electrical equipment, to prevent such incidents will not happen for a much-needed research.This thesis studied on the application of Inter-locking system in the Ningbo Electric Power Bureau.It first introduces the application background and study significance of Inter-locking system in electric power system. At the same time, anti false application system of the State Grid Corporation of China are analyzed, and then suggests the importance and necessity of research on anti false substation. Secondly, this paper research and analyzes the application situation of the mechanical interlock system, electric anti maloperation system of microcomputer anti misoperation system and in the Ningbo Electric Power Bureau. It points out the various types of problems existing in the actual application of anti maloperation system, and then gives suggestions and measures. Finally, it introduces the application of two types of unconventional Inter-locking system.This thesis also studied the anti-misoperation prevention of intelligent substation and plate in substation. For plate, a project about anti-misoperation prevention was analyzed and presented an application solution to upgrade substation which doesn’t have anti-misoperation prevention function of plates. For intelligent substation, it proposed a design of error operation prevention system on line based on the SCD model of intelligent substation. According to the network topology of high voltage substation equipment, it has a reliable operation, good scalability, and simple maintenance to prevent electrical error operation logic judgment by using SCD model file of intelligent substation.
