The architecture and realization of distribution network dispatch faultyoperationsystem in Tianjin Chengxi Electric Power Supply Branch Company is mainly studiedin this paper. Nowadays,the number of distribution network nodes is very large. Thenetwork reform is frequently. But the dispatcher is relatively few,and the supervisorycontrol level is low. This makes that faultyoperation occurs easy in distributionnetwork. It is the new challenge of Tianjin distribution network dispatch in newsituation. Therefore, realize the distribution network dispatch faultyoperation systemto help distribution network dispatch work is a urgent task for Tianjin Chengxi powergrid.Distribution network dispatch faultyoperation system is a part of DMS. Itsrealization is based on accurate modeling of distribution network, which needs specialmodeling platform. In Tianjin,the modeling platform is DOMS(Distribution networkOperation Management System).The modeling platform should realize the integrativegeneration of graph and model. The management of distribution network graph is veryimportant. It is needed for a corresponding regulation to specify generalrequirements、detailed requirements and maintenance procedures of distributionnetwork graph management. Thus,the dispatcher can work base on distributionnetwork graph. Modeling of distribution network must follow international standardIEC61970/61968and common information model (CIM).Visualization technology is implemented in distribution network dispatchfaultyoperation system. The tree reconfiguration and automatic mapping technologyare used to show various related information of faultyoperation. Meanwhile,distribution network dispatch faultyoperation system realizes the functions of showingmessages of operation mode and power supply or failure、analyzing relationshipbetween feeder. The system introduced in this paper has been successfully applied inTianjin Chengxi Power Supply Branch Company.
