Recently, an increasing number of power accidents occur around our country. Dueto the high-risk of high-voltage industries and its critical influence, it not only leads tolife and property losses but also endangers the development of the national economy.However, most of accidents come out because of artificial factors. For those reasons, alarge number of power enterprises put lots of money into the research areas and developthe anti-incorrect manipulation system. In order to avoid accidents and stably operatethe power system, the researchers use high-tech ways to strengthen the monitoring andcontrol of the power system, such as microcomputers, embedded system, and wirelessnetwork transmission.Therefore, for the urgent needs of the dispatching automation of electrical networkand autoimmunization of power system, configuration microcomputer five-preventionsystem has been developed. This paper is based on the original data of Dongpo districtof Meishan Electric Power Berea’s microcomputer five-prevention system. By addingZigBee, mobile internet and wireless network communication technology, a new kind ofmal-operation with microcomputer five-prevention──concentrated control wirelesscomputerized five-prevention system has been designed. This system adopts thewindows environment Delphi and the SQL server rapid software development platform,and uses a new type of ‘network billing and station side of the wireless communicationsoperation’ structure model of microcomputer five-prevention system. Through testingand debugging, the model is qualified to be convenient, user-friendly, easily to maintain,reliable, stabile and safe. It is much easier to generate, modify, print, and lighten theburden of the operator. What is more, through using monitoring communicationinterface, five anti-hardware system and other resources, the writer has achieved acomplete substation network billing, wireless operation blocking scheme. In the end ofthe paper, it gives an example of creating switching sequences using the systemsoftware. What is more, the results show that the system has reached expected request.With the constant demands in the market of electricity and power system,microcomputer five-prevention system technology will play an important role and have a bright future.
