| A modernized agricultural high-tech farm based on facility engineering serves as anorganizational form of newly-typed agriculture, which can improve new agriculturaltechnology, demonstration, conversion, promoting economic development. It can alsoguarantee the stability of society and protect the environment. The layout of an agriculturalhigh-tech farm is planned as core, demonstrating area, radiation zone and so on, where aplatform is formed to intensify cost, technology and arrangement. In view of this, the paperaims at the function and layout of Gongzhuling national agricultural farm to guide and bringalong agriculture and rural economy of the nearby regions.The paper includes5parts, exclusive of the concluding part:The first part is introduction, which provides a conceptual description, the backgroundand meaning of the study, the present research status at home and abroad are introduced,research thoughts and methods, the theory of development. The section introducesthe development and characteristics, conceptual description of the function and the layout ofthe farm, taking Zhangzhou in Fujian province agricultural high-tech farm as an example toanalyze the basic layout.The third part introduces the basic facts of the farm, discussing the advantages,disadvantages, opportunity and challenge, which forms the orientation of the function andlayout of the farm.The fourth part introduces the orientation of the function of the farm, analyzing theinfluential factors ranging from innovation, economy, society, ecology, etc.The fifth part introduces the layout of the farm, analyzing the building items，principalinfluential factors, the general layout and core area.In the end the paper propounds somemeasures and suggestions on the aspects of governance mechanism，financing, innovationsystem, quality of population，perfecting infrastructure，strengthening the management of thefarm,etc. |
