With the urbanization process accelerated, the whole society to build a distribution network attention also continued to increase. Whether the city layout, distribution network structure matched with the city development, to meet the load area development and meet the requirement of power supply reliability, power grid construction and management has become the most concern.Distribution network planning based on current grid refers to analyze and predict the future load distribution, to meet the future customer capacity and power quality, from the substation location and construction scale, connection mode, number of feeders, path and equipment selection, to seek an optimal or suboptimal solution as a planning scheme, the investment, operational maintenance, power loss and power supply reliability cost and minimum.This paper first introduced the system analysis of the status of Xiaoshan distribution network, summarizes the main factors affecting the reliability of power supply and weak links. Secondly, combined with the regional social and economic development and related data, developing power demand forecasting, on this basis, the distribution network planning, distribution network is put forward two levels of110kV and10kV specific plan. At the end of the project investment estimation and effect analysis.The plan aims to provide technical support and reference for the next few years Xiaoshan district planning and construction of distribution network, to better meet the needs of regional economic development on the demand of power grid construction.
