Stuty On The Planning Of Distribution Network In Haixi State Of Qinghai Province

Rational planning is the basis on which the power distribution could guarantee the power supply reliability,improve operational flexibility and reduce active power losses.This paper is based on the writer's practice on the present situation of power distribution network and its planning of Haixi state.In this paper,a detailed discrib of the power source construction and substation,transmission line,grid equipment and service time of power distribution network have been made.Meanwhile,the present situation of Haixi state power network have been evaluate based on the main operation norms of Haixi state's network distribution.Through a survey of regional economic conditions of Haixi state in Qinghai province,combined with the present situation of distribution network and basis on the increasing trends of historical load and rules of load characteristic of 2005 to 2016,use 3 methods(annual growth rate method,unit consumption method and regression analysis method)to analysis the evaluation result of electricity consumption of Haixi state from 2017 to 2020.Electric peak load of Haixi state from 2017 to 2020 is also predicted by most using hours method and big user & nature load method.Power source planning scheme have been made according to the prediction results.Combined with the actual situation of Haixi state grid,according to related guide lines about the general goal of distribution network and engineering philosophies which were made by State Grid Company,aimed at provide a sufficient,reliable,high quality and economic power supplies,planning a distribution network that was well-constructed,technical leading,efficient interaction,flexible and reliable.Based on current situation of new energy and distributed generators,combined with planning objectives of new energy and distributed generators,adaptability of new energy access distribution network have been analyzed in this paper.Based on planning objectives and main principles of distribution automation,calculate distribution automation construction scale and investment during “thieteenth five-years”,estimate effect after the distribution automation been built.This work is to provide technical support and reference of network distribution and contribution in a few years for Haixi state,In order to satisfy the requirements of regional economic development for power grid construction.
