Urban power grid is an important part of urban infrastructure.With the improvement of urbanization level and people's living quality,the society has put forward higher requirements for power supply capacity,power supply stability and power grid security.Safe and reliable power grid is the basic guarantee of urban construction and economic development.Reasonable planning and design of power grid can not only affect the economic benefit of electric power enterprises and meet people's production and living needs,but also promote social and economic development and progress.The Eastern New Area of**is a key area supported by the government.The convenience of high-speed rail has also brought opportunities for its economic development,and the economy has developed vigorously.It's inherent 10kV distribution network can not kept up with the demand of economic development for power supply capacity.In order to revitalize the 10kV distribution network in the Eastern New Area,this paper puts forward the urban power grid planning method,which is undering the guidance of the regional overall planning or controlling detailed planning and function orientation,and the distribution network power supply area is divided into a number of power grid,and based on the power supply area of saturated load demand,combined with long-term planning high voltage distribution network layout and present situation of power supply,partition for distribution network planning.This paper make it possible to adapt to regional economic development,meet the growing demand for electricity of the vast number of users,by comprehensive optimizing and reconstructing of the original power grid,so as to ensure the stable development of people's life,production and social economy.This paper introduces the economic development of the city,and points out the important role of the Eastern New District in urban development in the future.Combined with the local higher economic development speed and government control planning,the current situation of power grid development in the Eastern New Area is analyzed.At present,there are still many problems,such as the high-speed railway hinders the connection between the East and West Distribution network,the low rate of N-1 transmission of the power grid,high load rate of some medium and low voltage distribution lines,the difficulty of new power lines crossing and drilling over the high-speed railway,and so on.It is urgent to build and reform the power grid in order to meet the power demand of regional development.According to the load growth,this paper studies the load forecasting method.The characteristics and differences of trend method,land use simulation method and load density index method are elaborated in detail.Load density index method is selected to carry out forward load forecasting.Based on the survey of residents and industrial users in different cities in China,the typical load density and other prediction indicators are obtained,and the adaptive load density indicators are selected according to the planning and development of the Eastern New Area.According to the classification of land characteristics in urban planning,the load density index method is used to forecast the electric load,and the results of long-term load forecasting.Under the guidance of long-term load forecasting,the near and medium term load forecasting is conducted by natural growth + large user method,and the results of load forecasting are obtained by year.According to the results of load forecasting,the demand analysis of substation is carried out,the power supply network of higher level is planned and designed,and the layout of substation and the construction of power network are reasonably implemented.In order to reduce the phenomenon of new power lines crossing and drilling over high-speed railway,as long as the "three-span" problem of power grid operation in the later period,this planning forms 110kV high-voltage distribution network in the east area of high-speed railway and independent and flexible 35kV high-voltage distribution network in the west area of high-speed railway.According to the year of substation commissioning and road construction condition in the region,the planning scheme of 10kV grid structure is determined.According to the results of power grid planning and the characteristics of urban development,the charging and switching service network planning of electric vehicles has been implemented.Finally,the investment estimation and effectiveness analysis of the planning results are carried out.Through the implementation of the power grid planning,the power grid construction and transformation can effectively improve the power quality.It can also promote the development of the power market and the growth of regional electricity consumption,greatly meet the needs of electricity for regional industrial development,urban construction and people's lives.
