Power distribution and marketing are the two relatively independent professions in the power supply enterprise.Due to the different division of the two professions, they seldom keep good communication and cooperation each other during in practical work. Then when they need to coordinate to handle some related problem, then find out there is in short of the key link so that it bring them much inconvenience in their jobs. This reflects on the cooperation between power distribution and marketing; Also included that at the hand of the construction and renovation for the power grid,they lack of the effective information transformation, lack of communication, they renovate by each other, then result to the overlapping investment or the dis-combination of the power distribution equipment and the marketing metering device;Today,the renovation of the intelligent grid time,by the distributed generation located, the idea of the self-healing grid and the interactive communication adopted, we can’t realize the actual smart grid if there is no organical combination between the marketing consumer’s data and the distribution network topology.This paper focuses on the research of importance to get the two professions’s combination to be available to use the database each other. We find the data of the power distribution&marketing can be inter-use by the meter door number, can actually solve all kinds of the defects from the information separated of the marketing and the distribution.We combine Hangzhou bureau’s status of the own information construction and take full advantage of the current Geographic Information System resource center. We did two ways in solving the data sharing of the marketing&distribution, the one way is to solve the table number’s distribution relevance for the larger electricity customers, the other way is to solve the residents user’s.For the table number’s distribution relevance for the larger customer, get the user’s table number and the name of the transformer to be matching by the way of the census of marketing; As well, for the residents’table number, we can maintain the a door a table information in the low pressure system by low pressure survey, process the related topology tracking, can run back to the transformer region even the line from the power substation.In the practical application process, we can solve all kinds of the defects which emerged at the isolated information time before by the marketing information of the table number association, and improve further in the course of action. At the same way, we will establish the relative system to ensure the real-time updating of the table number’s information.
