The power marketing work has the characteristics of wide range,decentralized operation,complex process,high timeliness,and many contact points with customers.The marketing business management and distribution network production are independent.The marketing business lacks the corresponding technical means and lack of related systems because of lack of basic data of distribution network and the management of abnormal information.Integration,especially the marketing business application based on business matching and visualization technology,is difficult to carry out.At present,the professional management system of marketing,production and scheduling of Xinjiang electric power company is the department level application led by the business department during the "11th Five-Year",which mainly serves the service of this department,and does not carry out the unified design from the company level.Although these systems have been able to support the longitudinal business in the Department,the system is basically independent of each other because the data is maintained by their respective departments.The data is not unique,the source of the data is not unique,and the business integration is low.Under this background,this paper,based on the support of business connection,based on the GIS information service,uses the design and distribution information sharing platform as the data sharing center of the marketing and production system,carries out the data acquisition and comparison of the marketing and production field,and constructs the electricity by carrying out the connection of the "user to platform change line".The network topology is connected to the user resources in order to realize the sharing of production and marketing basic data.The business management system is established,which is based on the GIS application to realize the integration of marketing and production business.It can realize the application analysis of the marketing customer survey,the data acquisition and management of the battalion distribution and the integration application of the business terminal.It can meet the visualization of the resources,the interactivity of the business,the automation of the line loss statistics,and the power supply.Service intelligence and other new marketing management requirements.We should focus on the construction of new marketing technical support system and serve the goal of "good electricity and good service",further improve the customer service level,and meet the demand of the increasing rapid service and high quality service of the power customers.
