With proposal of the higher requirements in security, lean production, flexibility, green construction and other aspects of the construction process, it is urgent for managers to transfer the original mode of construction production to advanced production methods, which are more information, integrated and intelligent. Correspondingly, compared to modern logistics has brought great changes in the field of industrial production, the importance of construction logistics for project management will inevitably increase. In the course of construction logistics implementation, due to optimization and management objects will change in different stages, it needs to use different index to analyze, optimize and control. Therefore, according to the object changing in different stage, how to adjust management index is a very worthy of studying. To solve this problem, this paper makes an in-depth research with the description of construction logistics system, the method of index extraction and the model of index dynamic adjustment.First of all, in view of the construction logistics which has the general characteristics in project management and logistics system, this paper make a summary in the operation object, service process, operation, and implementation plan and logistics activities, which is different from the intrinsic characteristics of logistics system. On this basis, the conclusion is that it is necessary to use the index to monitor and diagnose the operation process of construction logistics. Meantime, with the change in the phase of management, index should be adjust synchronously. Next, based on the implementation process, construction logistics can be divided to four management stages, which include plan-purchase, unload-transportation, acceptance-storage and construction-production. Thereafter, it determines six goals, such as Reliability, Efficiency, Responsiveness, Agility, Security and Satisfaction. At the same time, to support for the further study of construction logistics management index extraction and adjustment, this paper analyze the relationship between the management objects, management stages and management goals from the operation mechanism.Secondly, in order to select scientific, standardized, true and reliable construction logistics management index, some basic principles of index extraction are made clear by theoretically analyzing some current index extraction methods. Thus, under the guidance of set theory and the eight principles, a generalized model of index extraction is established based on the mapping relationship of characteristic parameters of problem images and management index. Accordingly, a set of construction logistics management index in stages is obtained, grading these index to form an index system, using a combination of letters and numbers to encode the index system, ready for the next phase of the original index database.Finally, according to the realization framework of adaptively adjusting construction logistics management index, with the help of Petri nets theory to establish a system description model this paper uses, this paper use GPS and other wireless location technology to record the external changes of a current system. Thus, relying on set operation and colored Petri Net, a two-stage discrimination mechanism for adjustment intervention is built, which determines when to update the existing monitoring index system. Furthermore, after achieving an index information structure network based on Bayesian network, this paper follows the artificial immune system to established an index intelligent adaptive dynamic adjustment model, observing changes in the status of various systems to perform a selective index adjustment strategy. In short, this system can obtain some real-time logistics state information from the project site, convert the data in the form of Petri nets, design observer based on the discrimination mechanism for adjustment intervention, put the index information structure network as a built-in index repository, follow the artificial immune mechanism to design adaptive controller, online monitor operation objects of construction logistics, and quickly adjust online index based on the observed system change.
