Currently distributed photovoltaic power generation in this area can not only improve the power output of photovoltaic power plants of the same scale, but also effectively solve the problem of power loss in the boost and long-distance transportation, the resources superiority and application prospect is very broad.This paper analyzes the trend of distributed PV industry development, domestic policies and regulations for distributed PV, introduces the basic principles and operational characteristics of photovoltaic power generation, In the platform of Matlab/Simulink this paper analysis and simulates the photovoltaic cells components, photovoltaic (pv) grid inverter and other pv subsystem and simulate the whole process of photovoltaic grid. Finally, with the actual standard of photovoltaic power station carries out a comparative analysis on the measured data, proved that the stability of the model is effective.Research methods to improve the quality of electrical energy and methods to reduce the impact of photovoltaic grid-grid. Based on the structures of photovoltaic grid simulation model of the system design LCL filter individually. Simulated filter in matlab to detect the current and voltage waveforms before and after filtering harmonic filtering and output quality. Finally, after the LCL filter, the detected harmonic quality to meet the standards of the national electricity sector,has reached the expected effect to improve power quality.Combined the engineering situation the present computer technology and network communication technology.Through the electric power system, automatic control and modern communication technology, compare the various aspects and design the optimization for on-line remote monitoring scheme of distributed photovoltaic power generation, achieve the power station monitoring networked, intelligent, and create favorable conditions for application of photovoltaic power generation.
