Research On Urban Power Network Planning Of Mengeheng

Distribution system is an important part to connect the generation and transmission system and consumers. Its planning, construction and reconstruction will impact not only the economic efficiency of power sector, but also power reliability and safety of consumers. Currently, with the rapid economic developing of Mengcheng, load grows rapidly. Current gird structure cannot meet the needs of electricity. At the same time, there are many problems in the distribution system of Mengcheng, such as weak grid structure, low reliability and out of date facilities. Therefore, it’s necessary to plan the urban power network of Mengcheng rationally.According to the overall urban planning, on the bases of2011,"2013～2017" urban power network of Mengcheng has been planned. After analyzing the current urban power network of Mengcheng, the weakness of the distribution system has been found. According to the history date and load density method, the electricity and load of every year from2013to2017has been forecasted. According to the result of the load forecast, the planning scheme of urban power network of Mengcheng has been given. This scheme cannot only solve the problem which has been existed in the current grid, but also meet the need of load developing. The calculating result by BPA shows that, it can fulfil the technical requirements. The result of economic assessment shows that, this scheme is economic and rational.
