Distribution network planning is an important work of the power planning project,the distribution network is the most close to the user part of the electric network,which is an important link between the contact transmission and users,the scientific planning is the premise to ensure the security and reliability of power supply distribution network.At present,Bayannaoer district is entering a stage of rapid economic development,the rapid growth of electricity load,the existing grid structure has been unable to meet the needs of the region's development.At the same time,the existing distribution network is weak,the power supply capacity is insufficient,so the construction of high standard urban power grid is of great significance to the social development of the whole city of Bayannaoer.Firstly,examples of network planning of Bayannaoer city as the power grid planning,firstly explains the background and significance of the research,the research status of listed power grid planning,power load forecasting.Then introduces the power supply situation of Bayannaoer City,a comprehensive analysis of the city and the full load and the development trend in recent years,analyzed the influence factors of power grid reliability the potential for load forecasting.According to economic status and geographical characteristics of the city.The prediction method weighted value obtained a variety of load,power and load per year;finally according to the existing load forecasting results and the present situation of the distribution network problems,gives the distribution network planning.With the development of city and society,expounds the general idea of the distribution network planning and line construction and renovation of ideas and the line planning and investment budget,improve the distribution network planning.
