Distribution network is the indispensable energy supply system of modern city, it is located in the center of power system load, with large power consumption, high density of load, the reliability and quality of power supply requirement higher characteristic. With the rapid development of the times, people have an increasing demand for the quality of power supply. It forces the power supply enterprises to improve lean management capabilities and work efficiency, which helps shorten blackout repair time and enhance ability of safe and reliable power supply.Because of the network equipment, facilities and geographical location has a naturalconnection, GIS as the acquisition, storage, analysis and management of spatial data, an important tool and means, has been extensive attention and application in the electric power industry in recent years. This paper focuses on the analysis of the distribution network fault repair command platform module design and the implementation of research, study the distribution network emergency command platform for different types of the fault in distribution network fault analysis. In the design and implementation process, using Java language based on SG-UAP platform for development, make full use of topology analysis technology GIS platform and GIS distribution based on the graphic display technology to achieve fault repair, all kinds of distribution network analysis, and the fault information and failure information graphics display, help command staff efficiently and quickly determine the fault point, guide field repair personnel fast fault location, fault treatment, can greatly improve the power grid repair efficiency, shorten the fault processing time, improve customer satisfaction.
