In recent years, renewable energy develop rapidly. But because of the uncertain-ty of the distributed power generation, distributed power supply which will have an important impact on the safety and reliability of power distribution network schedule-ng. A large amount of distributed power supply connecting to load side, which could change the rigid feature of traditional load of power grid operation and lead to the em-ergence of some new problems. Traditional scheduling model must make the corresp-onding change. Therefore, it is necessary to study the intelligent distribution network collab-orative scheduling and monitoring method, Enhance distribution network cont-rol ability of distribution generation.This project combining with the specific situation of distributed power supply in Shaanxi regional power grid and the traditional power grid intelligent scheduling, co-nstructs a unified platform in a scientific and practical way, which supports self-opti-mization and integrated control, scheduling management, system simulation and ver-yfication as a whole. Firstly, this paper presents a set of Intelligent distribution netwo-rk running state real-time perception and evaluation technical solution, design a integ-rated measurement system of grid intelligent dispatch, in order to accurately measure power equipment state and current situation. This solution can effectively improve the accuracy of real-time perception, to provide accurate information for the intelligent distribution network, so that the operator can handle the running state of the system, achieve a high degree of organic combination of machine intelligence and artificial in-telligence. In addition, taking into account the people, objects, environment and man-agement factors, this project proposes an intelligent distribution network disaster risk analysis and early warning methods, improves the ability of distribution network with all kinds of risks, reduce the possibility of a major disaster. Secondly, to solve the un-certainty problem of distributed power supply, this project brings forward the model and solving method of robust generation scheduling, using robust optimization meth-od of two stages, obtain the optimal unit commitment of distributed power prediction decision case of inaccurate. It also puts forward a multi-objective wattles voltage coo-rdinated optimization control method and game reconstruction algorithm, realize the self-optimization operation of distribution network, improve the economy, safety and stability and voltage quality of distribution system, improve the self-healing and the1-ocal survival ability of smart distribution network in disaster situation. Finally, this p-roject designs a monitoring method of distribution generation and Micro grid, devel-ops data bus and the operation mechanism of intelligent dispatching system, realizes the flexible decision-making chain data driven, provides flexible data sharing and ap-plication integration a-rchitecture for the integrated optimization scheduling applicati-on function, improves the collaborative scheduling and monitoring level of Shaanxi regional smart distribution grid.Intelligent auxiliary system in Shaanxi power grid has realized scheduling inform ation visualization. It has displayed monitoring information of grid for dispatcher dir-ectly. It has shortened the dispatcher decision time and the time of senior application software to assist dispatcher analysis the weak links of power grid. It has anticipated power grid’s local and global stability, has put forward suggestions and measures ab-out the output of generation unit and operation mode adjustment.It has enhanced the safety stability of the whole power grid operation finally.
