According to the overall requirements of the construction of the " Three sets of five" system of State Grid Corporation of China, in order to further improve the level of regional power grid dispatching automation, to better meet the requirements of power grid dispatching operation and monitoring, to ensure the operation of power grid safely and stably, this paper in view of the Inner Mongolia Baotou power supply bureau electric power dispatching control center distribution network dispatching work design a distribution network scheduling intelligent auxiliary system based on chart-model integration. This distribution network scheduling intelligent auxiliary system covers figure mold maintenance, topology analysis, power flow calculation, alarm display, 3D animation,video monitoring, load transfer analysis, and other functions, freed the scheduling staff from long-term complicated figure mold maintenance work, improve the efficiency of the figure of the dispatching automation mold maintenance.This paper first elaborated this topic research purpose and meaning, reviewed the research status and level at home and abroad were, and put forward the overall requirement of system design, hardware configuration, software configuration and related technical indicators at the same time. Secondly, the system has carried on the design of each function module, mainly including the overall design plan, hardware configuration, figure model integration maintenance tools, open/closed loop current operation module, to adapt to the scheduling of the custom reporting module, power distribution network operation advanced application module and software function module etc. Again development and design of power grid scheduling required professional database, mainly including graphic information database storage, the classification of graphic data, database model, unified data acquisition platform and the function of real-time database structure, the application of main technology and so on. Finally this paper elaborated the function of the system application, mainly including the system startup, the system basic function, artificial maintenance, model import and automatic configuration graphics, power flow intelligent analysis, Scheduling operation plan, load transfer, animation warning and three-dimensional monitoring etc., and compared the effect of the system before and after the implementation of evaluation, verified the practicality and efficiency.
