| The speed of the development of China’s construction market has attracted more and more foreign contractors to join, also get the government to the attention of the domestic construction market system and the specification, lead to China’s construction market increasingly fierce competition, it is to our country local construction enterprises core competitiveness, construction quality, construction quality management proposes a bigger challenge.This paper analyzes the current situation of quality management from the start of the project, through the implementation of Six Sigma in the manufacturing sector had management experience as well as our current IS09000quality management system for research and analysis, results in the construction business management system implemented on the basis of IS09000, IS09000standards and Six Sigma can be integrated, the integration of the two main steps to implement the Six Sigma DMAIC steps of quality management, and proposed the IS09000standards into Six Sigma management training, both to promote the integration of Six Sigma training and continuous improvement, and strive to bring products to improve the quality of construction enterprises quality costs, improve customer satisfaction business performance, while achieving Six Sigma corporate culture to achieve excellence in the management of spontaneous performance, thereby substantially improving the building from the strength of enterprises. |
