| With the rapid development of China’s expressway construction, pavement’s durabilityand comfort has become an issue what the community increasingly concerned about. Thisarticle carry out the depth of the surface structure of asphalt pavement construction qualitycontrol studies based on the Six Sigma theory, which is of great practical significance toimprove the quality of road construction, construction of high-quality and high level ofasphalt pavement.Based on analyzing the basic research and applied research of the asphalt pavementconstruction quality management and Six Sigma management at home and abroad, this articleelaborates Six Sigma management theory, which is the theoretical basis and support ofresearch. Combining Six Sigma management with asphalt pavement construction qualitycontrol,it researches the methods of the depth of the surface structure of asphalt pavementconstruction quality management based on Six Sigma and it respectively researches theAsphalt Pavement Construction Quality Control Indicators based on Six Sigma, AsphaltPavement Construction Quality Control Method based on Six Sigma, Asphalt PavementConstruction Quality Inspection and Evaluation Method based on Six Sigma, asphaltpavement construction costs based on Six Sigma.This article analyzes the composition of asphalt pavement construction qualitymanagement system based on Six Sigma, and it describes the feasibility of surfacesegregation as asphalt pavement construction quality control indicators, control points,evaluation indicators and evaluation standard,and it constructs D-M/A-I/C-F model ofasphalt pavement construction quality control,and it puts forward detection evaluation methodof highway engineering quality inspection and assessment Six Sigma standard and the internalcontrol methods of construction enterprises implement Six Sigma standard,and it analyzes thecosts and indirect benefits of the implementation of the management system,and then themethod of the depth of the surface structure of asphalt pavement construction qualitymanagement methods based on Six Sigma is formed. This article applies the theory to theengineering examples, elaborats and demonstrats the validity of the method of the depth of thesurface structure of asphalt pavement construction quality management methods based on Six Sigma in two ways:at the first,starting from the quality improvement effect,this article usesthe methods of quality inspection and assessment based on Six Sigma to collect data in detailand applies D-M/A-I/C-F model of asphalt pavement construction quality control based onSix Sigma to improve segregation of the mixing process of the asphalt mixture,and controlledstate process capability of the datas of the depth of the surface structure are improved;at theseconed, starting from the economic point of quality and using the method of Cost andExpense to analyzes the economic benefits,the result is that, the improvement of asphaltmixing uniformity can save nearly two million cost for the construction enterprises. Finally,the method of the depth of the surface structure of asphalt pavement construction qualitymanagement methods based on Six Sigma is summarized and prospected. |
