ABSTRACT:Train-borne ATP equipment is a key safety device of China Train Control System (CTCS) for train operation control. Nowadays in china, because of the accelerating speed of passenger railway, issue of train operation safety gets more and more attention from researchers. Developing safety test method and improving safety performance for train-borne ATP equipment, as the direct control equipment of train operation, become a key research direction. In recent years, test methods for safety performance of train-borne ATP equipment safety emerge in endlessly in China. Based on test requirements of train-borne ATP test specification and using the embedded STM32processor, a portable code sending device for train-borne equipment test of train control system has been built, and through this hardware equipment, parts of performance indexes of the train-borne ATP equipment have been tested. Real-time operating system μC/OS-II is used to achieve task management of train information simulation equipment and build a smart touch test equipment. Main works of this paper are as follows:1. Analysis the real-time test requirements of train-borne ATP equipment, and put forward hardware architecture and system conception.2. In consideration of related signal of train-borne ATP test equipment, on the basis of the main signal model characteristics, hardware model has been selected carefully, and the general structure of the portable code sending device for train-borne equipment test of train control system has been put forward.3. According to the hardware model selection, hardware and software modular development has been done, modular core circuit and peripheral hardware circuit have been designed, achieving the program modularization management and writing;4. On the basis of the overall design and modular hardware and software development results, real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ task management mechanism is used to form a portable code sending device for train-borne equipment test of train control system.5. Finally, we finish the function test of the portable code sending device for train-borne equipment test of train control system, and analyze the test result. Test results show that the portable code sending device for train-borne equipment test of train control system can finish related part of the performance test well train-borne ATP equipment, the code sending device is capable of safety performance evaluation for train-bome ATP equipment.
