Fault Diagnosis Expert System Design For Hydraulic System Of Truck Crane

Hydraulic system is one of the key parts in the truck crane. Various and complicated hydraulic system faults how to be eliminated effectively、accurately is a problem which consumers and businesses are particularly concerned about. This means that the study on fault diagnosis expert system for hydraulic system of truck crane has a very important significance.The paper focuses on several aspects as fellow:(1) Hydraulic system faults of truck crane have been gotten a collation by statistic. The reasons leading to the faults have been analyzed by the hydraulic system principle. The diagnostic recommendations and improvement measures have been collected. They lay the date foundation of establishing a knowledge base for hydraulic system of truck crane.(2) Knowledge base and the model of reasoning have been designed about the telescoping mechanism of the truck crane hydraulic system.(3)The theory of fault tree and expert system have been integrated. Through the application of Visual Basic and Microsoft Access software, the expert system has been designed. Consumers can query the basic information of crane, diagnose the Real-time fault and update the fault information of the knowledge base by this system. It also provides some definite bases for the design of the hydraulic system.
