Currently, Chongqing trunk cement concrete pavement has been used for manyyears, most pavement have appeared many diseases such as cracks, corner fracture,dislocation, subsidence, and part of the road over the design life. Cement concretepavement requires a lot of maintenance and alterations to meet the requirements oftraffic and road traffic. Evaluation of road maintenance road reconstruction plays a vitalrole in decision-making,and Road reconstruction design of road performance has animportant roleThis study research on pavement is based on data collection and analysis trunkroad. This article analyzes the types of diseases in Chongqing cement concretepavement and causes; by detecting the deflection, the paper investigated the status ofselected sections of the void. By coring,i t measured the thickness of the concretepanels, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural,then analyzes thestructure of the carrying capacity of the selected road pavementA method according to Chongqing pavement evaluation, this study selected120segments each1000m cement concrete pavement to calculate PCI values in area methodand plate method, bad board rate, broken board. Paper explores the relationship betweenthe value of the plate method PCI and area method PCI PCI,and divided the level of PCIvalues according to the PCI specification grade division. Paper uses statistical analysismethod to study the relationship between the plate PCI and bad board rate, thenestablished a relationship between the two. This paper analyzes the relationship betweenthe value of the coefficients by the proportion of the total area damaged area of the crosscracksAccording to the survey after crushing modulus and other data analysis, paperdefines the broken concrete modulus between70MPa and225Mpa.It uses BISARprogram to analyze deflection variation at different modulus and thickness of differentgrass. According to the different bending modulus of the difference the sink, paperdivided the broken concrete modulus grade. According to the theory modulus andvolume of traffic has an impact on the thickness of the grass-roots,it concrete modulusverified the reasonableness of classification. According to projections of future sampletrunk road traffic, axle load conversion and actual situation of Chongqing ’s mainhighway traffic,the article defines the main highway traffic between3×106and2.0× 107and divided it into four grades. According to affect traffic on the base thicknessand modulus, the paper also verifies the rationality of the traffic division.Finally, by Chongqing trunk into a cement concrete pavement asphalt pavementstructure design, combined with the actual situation in Chongqing, climatic conditions,alteration material, considering the level of broken concrete modulus and traffic levels,based on secondary and tertiary roads design methods, paper presents the typicalstructure suitable Chongqing trunk into a cement concrete pavement asphaltpavement,it can provide a reference for future design.
