| With the rapid development of automobile industry, the automobile has beenchanged from the traditional mechanical products into a modern high-tech products, theautomobile instrument plays role more important in the modern automobile and animportant manifestation of the high-tech vehicle. The instrument of automobile is thedialogue windows between the driver and car, the driver can get information from theinstrument display in a timely manner to know the current state of automobile driving.At present, most type of automobile instrument is the traditional electromechanicalinstrument, the instrument has the anti-interference ability, low accuracy and the easy tocause the driver fatigue, they can not meet the requirements of future development ofthe automobile instrument.Electronic technology and communication technology continuously to use in thecar, increasing the car ’s electronic components, increased data transmission linesconnecting between the electronic control system which led to an increase in thecomplexity of the wiring harness, low immunity, data transmission instability. To solvethis problem, using advanced CAN bus network communication technology on cars.CAN bus technology is a field bus, with higher communication rate is higher, wiringsimple, reliable data transmission, sharing the data between the other electronic controlsystem, reduce the number of vehicle wiring, provided the reliable guarantee forthe data transmission.Research on automobile instrument functions and features, and in strict accordancewith the CAN bus communication protocol specification, puts forward the overallstructure of the automobile instrument system. The main controller of instrumentationsystem intelligent node selected LPC1768microprocessor by NXP, instrumentationautomotive instrumentation system is used in7inch AT070TN92type liquid crystaldisplay. Data acquisition node in the system is implementation to measure vehiclespeed, engine speed, temperature and the amount of oil and other signals. Themeasurement data are processed to form a message and code, through the CAN busnetwork node to automobile instrument, instrument nodes on the receipt of the dataconversion, display the last car running in all kinds of information through LCD. Thehardware circuit and software design of the instrument system is analyzed, and the design of anti interference system. In order to simulated instrument panel,transplantation, the UC/GUI system software design to the main controller in LPC1768.Finally, the design of automobile instrument took a series of testing, obtains the designsof based on CAN bus automotive instrument with strong anti-interference, datatransmission stability, accuracy, and other characteristics, in line with the direction ofthe future development of automotive instrument. |
