| In recent years,with the rapid development of automobile electronics,more and more electronic devices are carried on the automobile,which not only enriches the functionality of the automobile,but also makes the automobile enter a new era of digital and intelligent.However,the more electronic equipment,also caused more complex electromagnetic environment,complex electromagnetic environment on the reliability of automotive parts,electromagnetic compatibility put forward higher requirements.It is of great significance to improve the reliability and safety of the whole liquid crystal combination instrument by using EMC technology to design and develop the whole liquid crystal combination instrument.In this paper,the EMC technology is used to design and develop the automobile all liquid crystal combination instrument.The EMC simulation tool is used to verify the hardware design.Under the guidance of the simulation,the EMC design and implementation of the all liquid crystal combination instrument are completed,and the corresponding EMC test is carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing the basic principles of electromagnetic compatibility,signal integrity and power integrity,the relationship among them is discussed;(2)Combined with EMC design method,the hardware of all LCD instrument is developed and designed.Mainly from the hardware principle design,PCB layout and routing design,EMC design method is integrated to improve the power integrity and signal integrity;(3)The power integrity of the design is simulated by power DC simulation software to verify the rationality of the design.Sigrity simulation software is used to simulate the signal integrity of the design to verify the rationality of the design;(4)Combined with the test requirements and methods of EMC test of automobile parts,the EMC test of the LCD combination instrument designed in this paper is carried out,and the tests are analyzed and summarized.The test results show that the electromagnetic compatibility of the all liquid crystal combination instrument designed and developed in this paper meets the design requirements. |
