Nstruction Of Emergency Rescue Platform Road Traffic Unexpected Events At Level Of County (District)

In road transport system, emergency rescue is an important means to protect normal life of people and is a public utility. In order to improve the road traffic unexpected events, it is necessary to construct a emergency rescue platform by government. Emergency rescue platform will contain emergency management system and realization methods. In the study of emergency management system, events and the characteristics of road traffic unexpected events.This thesis constructs emergency rescue platform in road Traffic unexpected events at level of county (district), as in China county (district) level government is the basic unit administration system and can guarantee an effective emergency rescue. The standards of requirements of basic unit in emergency rescue platform are also given, combined with the construction of real tasks and contents by county(District) government, therefore there will be very strong practical value.In thesis, it first introduces the concept and characteristics of traffic unexpected events, then presents construction of technical measures in realizing emergency rescue platform. Finally, the related tasks and technique in making this platform are given.
