In order to understand the influence of landslide surge on high-pile wharf structurein mountain river-type reservoir, this paper based on the typical wharf in Three GorgesReservoir area of Yangtze River——the high-pile wharf of Jiangnan Tuokou inWanzhou,Chongqing. It researched on the frontal wave pressure and uplift pressure ofthe wharf structure with the influence factors of landslide surge, that through thehydraulic model test, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The numericalsimulation was carried out by using the software. The main research methods andresults are as follows:First of all, the wave pressure test data and the uplift pressure test data are obtainedunder the factors of different level, different landslide volume, and different water entryangle.Next, this paper was analyzed the wave pressure and uplift pressure from theaspects of time course, influence factors of landslide surge, pressure distribution, andmultiple regression and obtained the initial maximum wave pressure and uplift pressureformulas that can be used to calculate the landslide surge forces of high-pile wharfstructure.Then, considered landslide surge force and without it, this paper used the finiteelement software ANSYS load on the structure respectively and used the MATLABsoftware programming calculate all kinds of possible load cases for the high-pile wharfstructure, which analyzed the lasting effect combination with the force and accidentalcombination without it under the ultimate limit states.At last, this paper compared with the internal force of components under thelandslide surge force and without it, obtained the worst loading combinations for majorcomponents in high-pile wharf structure that the landslide surge load on. They willprovide reference for design and further research on the influence of landslide surge onhigh-pile wharf structure in mountain river-type reservoir.
