Perfect urban road network is the main carrier of urban traffic, is to ensuresmooth traffic, and meet the basic conditions of residents travel demand. However,in china, prior to the construction of the urban road construction time is short andlack of system planning, lead to the scale of the urban road construction and"quality" of urban roads construction lags behind that of developed countries.Especially in recent years, by the rapid growth of Chinese economy, the number ofthe city’s motor vehicle increasing, road resources shortage phenomenon moreobvious, led to the urban traffic problems such as traffic congestion, environmentalpollution. To solve the problem of urban traffic, is continuing to improve trafficmanagement measures on the basis of the increase of urban road constructioninvestment.However, influenced by public finance, urban road network is not completed ina short period of construction, road construction is a long-term process. In theprocess of the construction of the long-term, how to select planned roads, proposedconstruction schedule and so on all is the key to the construction decision-makingproblem. Road construction speed too slow will affect the city’s economicdevelopment, On the contrary, road construction speed too fast will overburdenspublic fiscal burden and causes the waste of resources. Therefore, how to selectplanned roads and optimizing the sequence of road construction is very important.Paper first pick up the evaluation index which influence of Urban road’sNetwork capacity and blocking factor from the complex network topologyevaluation index as evaluation indexes of road network topology. Then, in order toensure the urban road construction speed adapt to speed of economic growth,Proposed a method of generation plan in construction projects to constraint theconstruction speed. In determining the growth rate of urban road network node onthe basis of, construction project, use the importance of the complex weightednetwork node as an indicators, choose planed construction nodes from Planningnodes. According to certain rules will be proposed nodes connected to connect to thestatus quo of road network in the formation of a collection of new roads. Secondly,using the method of dual will planned road abstraction for the network nodes, fromthe aspects of structure, distance, capacity, efficiency indicators build acomprehensive evaluation system, Using the entropy weight-ideal solution to determine the optimal construction sequence.Finally, use the paper proposed sorting method for the road construction inNaNan distract of ChongQing city sequence optimization. Using the road networkevaluation index to evaluate new road network, prove that the new road networktopology structure is superior to the status quo of road network.Thesis research results solve the problems which in the process of the urbanroad construction and select construction projectseffective and sequence them.
