The power industry is related to the national economy and people's livelihood.It is the basic guarantee of social production and life and provides key support for economic development and technological progress.With the rapid development of national life and economic level,people's requirements for the reliability of power supply and power quality continue to increase.The existing power grid cannot fully meet the needs of industrial production and people's lives.In order to build a secure,reliable and stable strong smart grid,the Chinese government and the State Grid Corporation of China have invested a lot of money to transform the existing grid.the power supply company urgently needs to improve the level of lean management in the construction management of the county-level distribution network construction and reconstruction project.On the one hand,the county-level distribution network reconstruction project is an important part of the grid reconstruction project,which has an important impact on the economic benefits of the investment unit and the social benefits of the county.On the other hand,the reconstruction project of the county-level power distribution network has the characteristics of large amount of funds,wide coverage,and relatively scattered human,material and financial resources,and it is difficult to lean management during the construction process.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out a post-evaluation research on the construction management of the county-level distribution network construction and reconstruction project,analyze the problems existing in the construction management,and seek corresponding counter measures.Based on the theory of project management,combined with the current status of construction management of distribution network engineering,this paper takes the construction management of Nanchang County distribution network reconstruction project as an example to analyze the entire process of construction management.First,an analytic hierarchy process was used to construct an evaluation index system affecting construction,which was divided into four aspects:cost management,schedule management,quality management,and risk management.Twelve specific impact indicators were proposed.Secondly,through survey questionnaires and expert opinions,site safety measures,construction technology levels,construction complaint risks,material and equipment quality,and project changes were identified as the key factors.Immediately after,this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out post-evaluation of its construction management,and the results show that the construction management evaluation level of Nanchang County distribution network construction and reconstruction project is "good".Finally,on the basis of the foregoing research results,this article explores some improvement countermeasures in the construction management of county-level power distribution network projects.
