Since the founding of new China,because the level of scientific and technologicalbackwardness and limited economic level,and lack of awareness of the importance ofbuilding earthquake and earthquake severity,seismic design of buildings has not beenwell implemented.With the rapid development of high-rise buildings,researchingstructural seismic strengthening new technologies,new materials, new methods,andbecoming an important work of earthquake mitigation of construction and developmentin the future.This article make new technologies of reinforce energy isolation intoexisting seismic retrofit design of high-rise buildings,the new energy technologies andseismic isolation structure combines to performance evaluation,presenting seismicreinforcement of our architectural design an effective solution.Catastrophic chain theory as the theoretical orientation in this paper,summarizedand analyzed from the perspective of the energy chain interpretation of seismic energyin the carrier medium hazard propagation mechanism of evolution,to research chainevolutionary relationships of seismic energy,and the use of catastrophe theory toestablish the chain of energy conversion metrics analysis model,and to analysisrelationships quantitative and qualitative change of the evolution of the energy chainand material primary relationship of energy chain evolution;researching under the actionof seismic hazard model of the evolution of the energy spread in a carrier medium, andproposing constitutive relationship between earthquake-induced morphological changesthe carrier medium;researching and deriving calculation methods of a dynamic motionsof tall buildings and the damaging effects of seismic energy parameter index,andestablishing a single energy analysis and freedom of energy and more energy dampingreinforcement system reaction equation,for the seismic retrofit design of buildingstructures to provide a theoretical basis.Based seismic performance design method,proposing based on the analysis ofpushover capacity spectrum method to determine the required additional energydissipation damper design procedure.By engineering example for reinforced concreteframe structure to design viscous dampers energy dissipation measures.Using the finiteelement software Midas/Gen framework for high-level design analysis,to evaluate theseismic performance of the structure through the analysis,including modal response spectrum and structure pushover structures analyzed,obtained spectrum capacityspectrum and demand curves for different load cases, displacement and angleanalysis,and the use of capacity spectrum method for the structure meets theperformance objectives for additional damping ratio is calculated judgment andsettings,the uniform distribution in the model layout mode viscous damping.Finally,when the structure before and after use to set the damping process analysis to comparethe effect of energy dissipation structure,to provide reference for the seismic retrofitdesigns of existing high-rise building structures.
