Currently grid project post evaluation results have been relatively complete, with the power grid construction project design and technology continues to research and development, and post evaluation of the existing research on the existing outcome has been significantly less. In this article, the grid system of core indicators project further consolidation, supplement and the improvement of the index weights further refinement and quantification to improve the evaluation of quantitative indicators and reference data, in order to more accurately determine the whole process of implementation of the evaluation.The current post evaluation of the project can’t objective evaluation through individuals or local index system, so a common, standardized indicator system will play an important role. Generally, the standardized post evaluation steps are as follows, First, project evaluation system after each stage of the establishment of quantitative indicators, calculation, analysis, a description of the weights, Second, criteria for judging the degree of success of the project and on the basis of the original study based on the current grid development to increase and refine evaluation, and finally according to results of a scientific and rational index weight with the various indicators of the specific score circumstances, at all levels of indicators can be calculated and the entire project post evaluation score. Since the post evaluation is now paying more attention to the benefits of the evaluation results of analysis and evaluation, only the rationality and advance technique indicators are evaluated. This paper use He-Zhou500kV power transmission project as an example, according to China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd.[2013] departmental paper No.77, taking into account the requirements of the text, using the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method to determine its specific target weight. Focuses on He-Zhou500kV power transmission effect benefit evaluation of project, including evaluation of electricity demand forecasting, power systems benefit evaluation, construction, program evaluation. Finally evaluation according to each specific use of comprehensive evaluation scores for He-Zhou500kV power transmission project comprehensive scores.In this paper, the research work to promote the power grid project post evaluation system, including standardized and scientific, but also established post evaluation of the power grid renovation project template.
