With the aggravation of global energy crisis,wind energy has become one of the most dynamic and commercial renewable energy.Since the 21st century,China's wind power industry has made rapid development.According to the China clean energy development report released recently by China Energy Economic Research Institute,the installed capacity of grid connected wind power in China has reached 184.26 million kilowatts by 2018.However,with the rapid growth of construction projects,the quality of wind power projects is indeed uneven,and there is no mature post construction evaluation system of wind power.Therefore,the post evaluation theory and results of this paper can provide reference for the follow-up wind power projects.Taking the actual wind farm project as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the influencing factors of the construction project,considering the implementation process evaluation,financial analysis evaluation,environmental impact evaluation and self sustainable development to analyze the factors that affect the post evaluation of the project.On this basis,some representative important indicators are selected to build a comprehensive evaluation system of wind power project to evaluate the whole project..Based on the basic theory and method of post evaluation,this paper takes Shanghai Chongming Qianwei wind power project as an example to build a scientific post evaluation system of wind power project.This paper first introduces the research status of post project evaluation at home and abroad,focusing on the basic content of post project evaluation of wind power projects,and introduces several commonly used evaluation methods,including:AHP,sensitivity analysis,fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation,success evaluation,etc.;then mainly introduces the basic situation of the project,including the main introduction We will introduce the following:implementation process,project economic analysis,environmental and social impact and sustainability.Then on this basis,the three contents are evaluated individually.Finally,on the basis of single evaluation,according to the data and related single evaluation results,the fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation method and the success evaluation method are used to evaluate Shanghai Chongming Qianwei wind power plant.The results show that the construction quality of Shanghai Chongming Qianwei wind power project is high,the production and operation is stable,and the project quality is high Financial profitability is good,with significant environmental benefits,and the ability of sustainable development.Finally,through the summary of the experience and lessons in the post evaluation of wind power construction projects,it provides theoretical support for the future investment decisions.
