| Along with the rapid development of economy, society and people demand for architectural appearance and function with more high standards, makes the building towards direction development of longer,higher,deeper and higher strength.Put forward higher requirements for architectural innovation and large project on concrete strength, durability, toughness and workability. Since the building structure to the development of super high, super long and heavy, the weight and size of the section of concrete structure is more and more strict requirements. So how to improve the structure strength of concrete, reduce the section size and reduce the concrete structure concrete gravity has become an important research topic in engineering field. Domestic and foreign scholars on the preparation of high strength concrete performance,preparation technology,application and existing problems are widely studied.Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) is a new kind of high performance cement composite materials, which is in high strength, high toughness, high durability and high volume stability. Its material performance has significant advantages compared with ordinary concrete, but due to the expensive of Reactive Powder Concrete, as well as the construction and the maintenance condition limit, RPC materials are rarely used in the actual engineering, except in some special structure. In this dissertation, aimed to promote the application of Reactive Powder Concrete, this paper substitute huainan local materials such as fly ash replace silica fume, ordinary sand replace quartz sand, join the grading macadam to preparation of Reactive Powder Concrete, is to lower the cost of the Reactive Powder Concrete material, and studies the performance of this material compressive.In this article, through the orthogonal experiment, the group of16different mixing ratio of Reactive Powder Concrete compressive experiment research,draw the basic rules of the Reactive Powder Concrete compressive properties to determine the optimal ratio of the Reactive Powder Concrete. Finally, we successfully developed strength meet the requirements of reactive powder concrete,the compressive strength can reach to a high point with the number approximately117.3Mpa. |
