This article combined with the deviation rectification project of a high-rise building inXinjiang area. From the aspects of site investigation, architectural design, foundation design,construction, the relevant units of the functions and natural factors, the causes of non-uniformsettlement of detailed analysis of the building. Aiming at the characteristic of this project, Putforward a incline-rectifying by composite method to drawing out soil+injecting watermethod, The loading pressure, reset underpinning pier, the ground stress release, spacing pileetc as auxiliary means. For drawing out soil and injecting water method deviation rectificationdesign process several important parameters are analyzed in detail. And to develop of theconstruction scheme of strict and effective and contingency plans. The construction process totake information construction, in the main structure of the building features can reflect thesloping site, there are three groups of settlement, inclination observation point, differences incomparative analysis of monitoring data and design parameter, adjust and perfect therectification of design and construction parameters. Finally of the project according to theslow start, a smooth and controllable stay at a predetermined position.At the same time, using ANSYS finite element software, combined with the actualsituation of the project, build a3D incline rectifying model, from the numerical analysisaspect of soil and water produced by non-uniform settlement are studied and analyzed. In thenumerical calculation of natural sedimentation, the settlement of drawing out soil andinjecting water makes a quantitative comparison. And the settlement of final deviationcorrection value and the actual deviation to do a comparative analysis.Finally, summarizes the research results, as well as deficiencies.
