The enameled wire is the key material of magnet winding in motor, appliance etc. SinceChina’s accession to the WTO, industrial electronics, home appliances, telecommunications,electronics and other industries developed rapidly, it’s bring a broad application area and a hugemarket to enameled wire. In the actual application, there must be do some preliminarytreatment to enameled wire, for example, the small diameter (0.5~3.5mm) enameled wire thatused in the production of magnet winding in transformer, motor, converter etc,all need toscraping off the paint from the thrum of enameled wire, ensure the welding procedure andcrimping procedure carrying out smoothly. The sustained and rapid growth of enameled wire’sapplication, puts forward new requirements to the procedure of scraping off the paint.Peeling process of the enameled wire is more complex, most of the domestic enterpriseadopt the method of chemical dissolution or manually to remove paint, but the result is bad;Although some enterprises have developed device to scraping off the paint of enameled wire,but most of these products have some problems: such as the adjustment of device is notconvenience,the working stability is bad, so it cannot guarantee the effect of scraping off thepaint; The function is single, and cannot do the peeling operation continuously andautomatically; Single operation lead to low efficiency. Aiming at the problems above,combined with the manufacturer’s requirements, the team developed a new type of enameledwire machine, it is own a high degree of automation, and can be run continuously, and theintroduction of the multi-line parallel operation method get greatly improved productionefficiency.The paper put the peeling machine as the platform, based on the analysis of the overalldesign scheme of it, made optimization analysis and design on its main structure. By comparingthe method of straightening,have an feasibility analysis of the structure scheme of straighteningmechanism, and based on the straightening theory, the structure of straightening mechanism isoptimized, and the optimization model is established. Compared the mechanism structurebetween old and new peeling machine. Analyzed the advantage of new peeling mechanism andits action principle, for the peeling machine provides theory basis for selection proper operatingparameters. The structure of tool rod has been optimized, have done statics and fatigue analysisby using the finite element method for the optimized structure, the rationality of the structurewas verified; Finally use the software of SolidWorks for peeling machine’s assembly andinterference inspection, according to the checking results do the further structure optimization,ensure there is no conflict between components, make peeling machine to meet therequirements of the actual working condition. To meet the changeful needs of market and different clients, the structure optimization ofpeeling machine should be carried out continuously, the research of the paper only foroptimization of the main structure, but optimization analysis method is common, so it providesreference for subsequent optimization work, made contributions to the improvement of theperformance of the machine and marketing, that is the value of this study.
