The "Multi-channel electro-hydraulic loading control system" is from a practical research project. Multi-channel electro-hydraulic loading control system will obtain the fatigue parameters through fatigue life testing for various types of vehicle suspension system and all the parts assembly. Then the test results will be printed by computer after the experiments. Multi-channel electro-hydraulic loading control system is significant equipment in structure testing for static performance, structural strength,fatigue performance, corrosion fatigue,detailed fatigue, frontal strength, fatigue crack propagation performance,fracture toughness and so on.Firstly, the loading device of detection of the fatigue life of the vehicle suspension system, the current development of hydraulic servo control technology abroad and electric hydraulic servo loading system application status and its characteristics are reviewed in this dissertation. Then a electric hydraulic servo loading method is proposed.The detailed design of electro-hydraulic servo loading system was carried out. The the detailed calculation and selection of the parameters of hydraulic system has carried out. The mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic servo loading system was constructed. The simulation research on the dynamic characteristics of the whole system using Matlab/Simulink was conducted. The open loop frequency test performance of the system were analyzed. Through the analysis of the results of simulation and optimization of system parameters and performance evaluation, the corresponding theoretical basis were provided. It plays a supporting role in the final design of the product and parameter selection.The electro-hydraulic servo loading system studied in this dissertation is a kind of economical, practical, highly reliable power load system with, The study has the high practical value and application prospect.
