Abstract:Train body steel structure, as an important part of railway locomotive and rolling stock, is rather crucial in design and manufacture. But for a long time, the information is disjointed all the time in the design and manufacture process of train body steel structure, manufacturing information cannot be obtained directly from the results of the design phase. Therefore, in order to achieve information integration in the design and manufacture process of train body steel structure, the research of production oriented3D train body steel structure design system is conducted under the support of the MBD (Model Based Definition) technology and relevant3D design technology.The design and manufacture technology of train body steel structure is analyzed and summarized. By studying the classification and composition of train body steel structure, the structure characteristics of train body steel structure is summarized. Based on the research of the traditional design and manufacture process, manufacturing technological process and welding technology of train body steel structure, the relevant technologies of3D train body steel structure design system oriented to production are introduced.The model of3D train body steel structure design system oriented to production is established by using UML modeling language. According to UML modeling process, the system model is established from both the static and dynamic perspectives. The use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram of the system are established to describe the system from different sides. Based on the system model, the overall framework of the system is presented.The content and design method of main modules of3D train body steel structure design system oriented to production are studied. By analyzing the demand of MBD dataset modeling template, the content of the parts and assembly template is dissected. According to the parametric design principle, profile parametric design module of train body steel structure is designed. According to the assembly model automatically generated method, the automatic assembly design method of train body steel structure is discussed. The welding symbol is studied, and the program flow of train body steel structure3D welding annotation is designed. Using the normalized database design methods, the system database is designed.The prototype of3D train body steel structure design system oriented to production is achieved based on Pro/E. By using Pro/Toolkit and VS2008programming, and combined with the key technology of software realization, the prototype of3D train body steel structure design system oriented to production is established, which makes parametric profile design library, automatic generation of train body steel structure assembly model and BOM, welding material consumption calculation, welding information list acquiring,3D welding annotation and other main functional modules come true.
