With the increase of train speed,the design of high speed train puts forward higher requirements to the lightweight of body structure.As an important part of the CRH3 EMU,train windows are connected with body by Sika glue bonding process,it is one of the important measures to improve the lightweight of EMU body.The EMU window bonding strength test is particularly important to improve the safety,reliability and comfort of passenger train operation,the test is based on the premise that the train body is not damaged.The finite element analysis of the influence of the test load on the structure of the train body is carried out,which is instructive for the bonding strength test of the window.This paper is based on the theoretical test load of the bonding strength test,choosing the middle body of CRH3 multiple units as the analysis object,establishing 3D model of EMU body,and designing a highly adjustable internal supporting structure to reduce impact of the window bonding strength test load on the EMU body.According to the theoretical test calculation load,combining simulation analysis with HyperMesh and ANSYS software for the influence of the window vertical and side tension bonding strength test load of lateral glass on the structure of the train body,repetitive loading on the test body with decreasing or increasing load,the analysis results show that the ultimate load body structure from damage are 100 kN and 200 kN.And repetitive loading on the test window frame with the decreasing load,vertical thrust and side tension test of frame bonding strength are carried out,the finite element analysis results show that the vertical thrust test of frame bonding strength maximum applied load should not be more than 100 kN,the side tension test is no more than 200 kN.Strength,stiffness and stability analysis are carried out on the internal supporting structure set for the positive thrust test of window frame,and results show that the internal supporting structure components are all meeting the strength and stiffness requirements,stability is good enough for the overall structure,and the design is reasonable.The analysis of the EMU window bonding strength test load impact on train body has a practical guiding significance for the successful test,it improves the reliability and operability for the test,provides data reference for our country's independent design and development of train window structure and bonding process,and also provides guarantee for the safety of CRH EMU.
