With the continuous progress of the construction of smart grid, the technical support system ofsmart grid dispatching plays an important role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of power grid.Smart grid scheduling is the basis of scheduling business technology; also, it is an important means oftechnical support for power grid operation control and production management. Under the guidanceof advanced smart-grid, support system for Hengshui power network dispatching technology isresearched in the paper, which is a business integrated and intensive scheduling production-orientedsystem. The technical support such as power system analysis, control, scheduling, monitoring,assessment and management businesses are provided.In this paper, Combined with the construction of Hengshui smart grid scheduling technologysupport system for pilot projects, the applications of dispatching automation system in Hengshui areaare researched. The defects of the existing system are analyzed. According to the compilation of"Smart grid scheduling technology support building framework "system which is organized by theState Grid Corporation of China, the feasibility study of Hengshui regional dispatch schedulingtechnology support system is analyzed. Firstly, the objectives and requirements of schedule technicalsupport system in Hengshui are proposed. The overall architecture of Hengshui smart grid schedulingtechnology support system is analyzed. The system software and hardware structural are designed.Secondly, the basis platform of support system including data storage and management, interface,data collection and exchange, message bus, services bus, public services and security is studied.Thirdly, the practical application of the establishment and functions of the Hengshui schedulingtechnology support system are elaborated. Finally, the key technologies including regulatory andcounty integration are described.
