Research And Application On The Electric Vehicle Charging Station Construction Scheme Of Caofeidian Industrial Zone

With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,the automobile industry is developing rapidly.However,the requirements of low carbon environmental protection economic development make the automobile industry have to find a way to solve the problem of exhaust emissions,and the promotion of electric vehicles is a good choice.The construction of electric charging facilities can meet the demand for electric vehicle applications in Caofeidian Industrial Zone,and provide technical and service support for the application of electric vehicles in industrial area improving energy efficiency and promoting the development of low-carbon economy and circular economy.In this paper,firstly,the classification,characteristics and electric energy supplement methods of electric vehicles are studied.On this basis,the function of the charging and discharging facilities in the charging and discharging service network is analyzed including charging pile,distribution station,charging station and so on.Furthermore,this paper studies the harmonic characteristics of the charging and discharging facilities,the influence of the charging station on the transmission network,the distribution network and harmonic pollution.Measures for harmonic control are put forward from two aspects of harmonic source,propagation path of harmonic.The harmonics are eliminated from harmonic source by multi-phase rectifier,PWM method and so on.Besides,the harmonics are filtered out by active and passive power filter.Meanwhile,it clearly defines the basic principles of charging and exchanging facilities into the distribution network,and ensures that the charging and exchanging facilities can provide users with high quality power services safely and stably.Finally,this paper studies the electric vehicle charging station construction scheme of Caofeidian Industrial Zone,and analyzes the application characteristics of the scheme.The selection of distribution transformer in power supply and distribution system and the design of reactive power compensation device are analyzed in detail.The communication network of charging system,monitoring system and battery replacement system are designed,and the battery charger,battery replacement system and other equipment in the charging station are selected according to the relevant state regulations.
