The electric information collection and monitoring system is a platform forcollecting real-time electricity consumption data to the client, and it is a comprehensivemanagement system for monitoring managementing and applicating the client load byusing communication technology, computer technology and automatic control theory. Itsfunction includes load control, automatic meter reading, prepaid power settings, antielectricity stealing management, low voltage meter reading management and so on. Itachieved the target of State Grid Corporation, which is "full acquisition, full coverage,full cost control". The electric information collection is one of the important ways forautomation of electric power enterprise management, and is a bridge to link users and thepower sector. This system covers substation system, public transformer, centralized meterreading, users of special transformers and other managed objects, the core of the systemis the load, acquisition and power management, it is compared with the marketdevelopment and management of electric power enterprises. On the other hand, thissystem uses advanced electric energy data acquisition technology, which monitors theuser load data and the public transformer loss data in real time. At the same time, it alsogives consideration to the anti electricity stealing function, which can macro-controllingthe load curve. Meanwhile, the peak load leveling can be effectively carried out, whichleads customers to reasonable usage of electricity.The electric information collection and monitoring system which based on computerand communication technology, has totally improved the level of marketing management,changed the original management in business model, and it is a turning point ofprofessional electric marketing. This thesis focuses on information supported by theelectric information collection, including communications, measurement, informationprocessing, acquisition and other related content. Based on the usage of power gridelectricity and the characteristics of the information collection system in Shijiazhuang,together with the higher requirements of current information collection, I selected sometypical cases in practical application and research, and gave a comprehensive analysis ofthe electric information collection system on system operation, installation, maintenance,management, and application. To solve the problems in practical application, I focusedon solving the problems about usage, equipment debugging, statute testing, installationstandards, and the practical application. I also formulated the corresponding effectivemeasures to improve the aspects of installation, information collection, maintenance, sothat the success rate of meter reading technology can be effectively improved bydeveloped solutions. Based on the premise of improved information system application of electricity, I introduced the specialization, standardization and related presentations ofthe information collection system, therefore, the goal of enhancing the practical purposeof the information collection can be realized.
