Integration electric energy acquisition system involves multiple departments, such as dispatching, marketing, production, operation and plans.It is an important part of "strong and smart grid" planning and construction. In order to run electric energy acquisition system maintenance,and to greet the arrival of the smart grid, based on Hangzhou G20 summit security power supply system, the article explores the system applications, especially those applications extended functions.First of all, the thesis elaborates the necessity for the construction of the system analysis, from the respects of the domestic and foreign research present situation and industry background, the electric energy acquisition system development trends, policies, etc. Secondly, this thesis studies the integration of electric energy acquisition system of key functions, IEC61970 specification for all grid equipment and measuration of the modeling description, together with the method of establishing a system platform based on CIM model. Thirdly, from the integration of electric energy acquisition system of hardware and software framework, the thesis analyzes four parts of the system, such as the architecture of master station system, the system of the main internal network and external network. And combining with actual situation, the thesis studies the the basic functions of the system in such aspects as data acquisition, storage, query and report. For the demand of power supply in hangzhou company at the G20 summit as well as application requirements of the company planning department, finance department, marketing department and other departments, the thesis describes the function realization and its application situation of the system balance automatic checking, integrated management of network losses and its business process management. Finally, combined with the running instance of Hangzhou grid integration county electric energy collection system, the thesis analyzes the system balance automatically checking, network loss comprehensive management and business process management (BPM) function application in power system, summarizes the Hangzhou electric energy acquisition system in the cause of the typical defects in the daily operation, puts forward the optimization direction of electric energy acquisition system, and provides a useful experience of the future operation and management system.
