From a global perspective today,energy issues are the top priority,and the world is advocating energy conservation and environmental protection.From the view of energy consumption,the problem of large energy consumption and excessive waste of enterprises has undoubtedly caused a burden on the society,and also brought a certain impact on the development of the enterprise itself.Enterprises cannot save resources only by increasing equipment utilization or reducing energy consumption,but should monitor and manage these equipment.As well as,manage energy plans and consumption information,so as to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.Therefore,the development of a n industrial data collection gateway used in energy management systems has important practical application value.To address the problems of industrial field data collection,transmission and management in the current enterprise energy management system,as well as combined with the actual functional requirements of the construction of the energy management system,this thesis focuses on the data collection gateway used for digital collection,transmission and monitoring of real-time data in industrial fields.The development of that gateway is and studied and conducted in this thesis.The designed industrial data acquisition gateway uses the ARM Cortex-A8 embedded core micro-control chip as the core processor.The software system is based on the Linux system.To achieve multi-type data collection and multi-mode data transmission,this gateway employs ethernet media access controller,high-speed analog converter,RS232/RS485 communication and other devices.This gateway innovatively integrates new functions such as data encryption,remote monitoring and upgrade maintenance for embedded systems.The main work of this thesis is divided into the followings:(1)The gateway hardware design,including core controller peripheral circuit,data acquisition circuit,data upload circuit,etc.(2)The software design,including data collection,storage,remote transmission,remote operation and maintenance,etc.(3)Study the local analysis and processing of data,data storage and the optimiza-tion of communication encryption algorithms.(4)The practical application of the gateway in the energy management system.Applying it to the energy management system can achieve the acquisition of on-site equipment status and real-time data.And then,through an external data collection platform with a unified data communication interface,the original system is fully integrated to realize the energy management system's operation data,Real-time monitoring and cost analysis of energy consumption data.
