China’s power grid is developing rapidly, the construction of special high-voltagepower grid proceeds steadily, State Grid depending on its own productivityrequirements, puts forward the "Three Five" system,"the Big Run" systemconstruction is an important part in the overall construction of " Three Five "system."the Big Run" important technical basis is to built a stable and reliable smartgrid dispatching and control support system.Hebei dispatching and control center began to use of intelligent support systemfor power grid dispatching platform to implement the "integrated dispatch and control"in2012, to integrate electric monitoring with power dispatching. and developmonitoring and control module to enhance the capacity of controlling large powergrid. Based on the construction of Hebei dispatching and control support system, thispaper to standard specification for design and monitoring function, to make monitorachieve practical level. Making the base of Centralized monitoring, unattended of500kV substation more stable.In this paper, combined with the smart power dispatching and control systemconstruction, comprehensive "control integration" operation management of the actualneeds,we launch Standardization Research on Monitoring Information and RemoteControl in smart power dispatching and control system. this paper, also from thecontrol angle of operation management details of the operation and management ofregulatory D5000graphics Hebei dispatching and control center interface,standardized regulation of data standardization, integration mode of operation underthe control of the monitoring and regulation of business development operationsunder one mode of intelligent design error prevention systems technology solutions.While focusing on building for error preventing regulation support in intelligentcontrol system, combining the network topology and substations traditional "FiveAnti" rule to build grid-based real-time data and model error prevention systemregulation, achieve remote operation of the anti-mislock Management.
