With the improvement of the level of the national economy,for the grid companies and power users,the power quality requirements become higher.It needs thermal power generating units possess excellent tracking ability to load.Viewed from the grid,coordination control system is the connector between the grid and generator units,is the performer in Automatic Generation Control(Automatic Generating Control,AGC)system,is the basis of grid comprehensive automation capability,is of great significance to study and optimize coordination control system.The coordination control system is introduced from the following aspects in this paper: four operation modes of coordination control system are discussed;Many factors which impact control quality are summarized;The dynamic characteristics of turbine and boiler are analyzed according to the mechanism;The construction of model is determined.According to the poor effect of coordination control system in a power plant,the coordination control system is optimized from the perspective of the engineering realization.Including: heat value correction,feedforward of master command,pressure pull back,dynamic correction of sliding pressure curve,once pressure control loop optimization,condensate throttling.Then,the setpoint and actual value data of unit load and the main pressure get from typical operating load segments which optimized,we can find that both parameters have better control quality.Finally,the reliability and energy savings of optimized system are analyzed.The data show that the optimized system is more stable,the monthly AGC compensation is increased,main steam pressure fluctuations are reduced,coal consumption is reduced,energy conservation and economic benefits is significant.
