The system of none-parking high-speed overload vehicles weighing system is designed to weight moving cargo vehicles in the driveway. The setting value of this system can be adjusted according to the load limit. Numerical statistics of vehicles’overload value can be recorded by the dynamic monitors. This system could be adopted to monitor overload data in various places, including high ways, bridges and ferries. The high-speed vehicle weighing system has been gradually changed from large board dynamic weighing form to small board dynamic weighing form, the accuracy and efficiency of weighing process have been improved greatly.The accuracy of dynamic weighing system could be de affected by factors such as the uniform speed of vehicles, the road excitation, road uneven and the restrictions on the equilibrium time. Moreover, the accuracy of dynamic weighing system also could be severely affected by irregularities. At the same time, the criterion of shaft type information system could be interfered by irregularities which lead to errors.These overload irregularities increase potential dangers of road safety, reduce the road life cycle, induce traffic accident and increase maintenance costs of highways and bridges.In order to properly manage the overload issues and improve the accuracy of dynamic weighing system, many sections of weighing system have been modified and reinstall the large table vehicle weighing system weighed, or employ the combined form of large and small scale dynamic table. This paper introduces the large scale dynamic weighing system based on the traditional static vehicle weight system.It can collect vehicles’real-time weight, the corresponding single axle weight and vehicle weight. This system meets the single axle weight and vehicle weight measurement as an improvement. In the process of weighing, the clustering algorithm of data mining and the self-organizing separation weighing data are used to get the clustering center as a vehicle on the uniaxial scale cumulative weight value. It is an theoretical improvement in the dynamic weighing process.In this paper, there are three big modules to introduce vehicle weight type dynamic weighing system. First of all, introduce and analyze the topic background, research significance, transfinite governance at home and abroad, work overload, heavy toll system present situation and development trends, as well as the project feasibility analysis, and introduce topics used in the relevant theoretical knowledge. Secondly, according to the dynamic weight charge system design requirements and principles for the vehicle weight type dynamic weighing system is designed. This part focuses on introducing the system function, structure, working process and the mode of communication between the equipment. Finally, the normal weighing and special process of weighing the weight signal analysis. Introduces the principle of clustering in data mining, to the weighing signals of different cases, according to their respective characteristics of signal is clustering method, this paper expounds the reason of clustering in data mining methods and specific implementation process, show that the method is feasible.Finally, through to the data acquisition of the vehicle weight type dynamic weighing system, filtering processing, to deal the data with simulation experiments and weight calculation, we can arrive at the single axle weight values and the value of the vehicle which all drive into the weighing platform, which achieved the design requirements of Vehicle weight type dynamic weighing system, and reflect the reliability, accuracy and rapidity of the system and method.
