Through project management theory knowledge in Tianjin Jinji,Jincang, jinjing, rongwu highways, especially through practical application of singleweighing platform meter heavy charge system reform for couplet body balance metercharge system, through the construction organizational design in the process of theproject, project management, construction quality, construction schedule, constructionbudget control plan, emergency plan, special disposal scheme, the design andmanagement of the implementation of maintenance plan, etc, this thesis validatesproject management theory in the scientific nature and effectiveness in the process ofproject management. Meanwhile, through studying our country adopting the model ofweight charge of freeway tolling management, and the reason behind, the analysis ofimplementation significance, after investigation to understand the actual situation,their weight charge this kind of operation mode in our country freeway tollingmanagement, the present situation and existing problems were expounded, and theexisting problems are analyzed and studied. Tianjin weight charge system upgrade theequipment selection in the process of project implementation and problem solving ofdynamic weighing technology in the use of weight charge system and developmentdirection are studied and discussed.
